When the contract is signed, in order to confirm your date, we require a 50% deposit. 90 days prior to your event, the remainder of your facility fee will be due.

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date email us at kdean@woodsfortgolf.com saying you are ready to book. We recommend giving us a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. You can request a tour on our Contact Us page. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has paid the 50% deposit first will have the date.

Is there a food and beverage, or guest count minimum?

No. All liquor packages must be purchased through The Barn at Woods Fort. Outside beverages of any kind are prohibited from The Barn at Woods Fort. You can use our catering service or choose from one of our Catering Partners!

Do you offer rectangular tables instead of round?

Yes!

We have a limited number of rectangular tables on-site that can be used for your gift table, head table, etc. Usually, we have ten extra 8-foot tables that can be mixed in with reception seating, but the majority of your guests will be seated at round tables. We offer a 66 inch round that can seat up to 10 people.

Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc?

Yes we do! Not only do you get a great new venue, we include linen, glassware, silverware, napkins, and salt and pepper shakers, to name a few. Table decor options are also offered to include base plates as well!

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed (only with pre-approval by The Barn Management) at the ceremony and pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed under roof or near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom.

What time does the music need to end?

Music on Friday's/Saturday's must conclude by 11 p.m. to ensure that you, all of your items, and all of your vendors are off-property by midnight. Music on Sunday's must conclude by 9:30 p.m. to be off property by 10:00 pm.

Outside food and drink must be provided from or Vendors We Love list. No glass bottles are allowed without permission from our Event Director.

What is the event clean-up process?

The Barn and catering staff will handle all standard clean up and trash removal throughout and following the wedding reception. All other items must be taken the night of the event or by 10 am the following day.
